Same-trip disposal bracket and toilet fill valve

We were recently contacted by a resident in Salt Lake City to address several problems he was having in the house. First being his garbage disposal was leaking, and we found out it was actually missing hardware. To rectify that we were successfully able to change the bracket out with stock that we have on the van.

The next problem was his toilet would not stop running. We determined that was the fill valve, and again we stocked that we have on our truck because we come prepared. We replaced the customer-supplied fill valve, got a new toilet supply line on there where needed, restored water, and tested so everything held.

We were able to take care of that same trip. That’s the difference between us and others—we value your time.
