1. Agreement to Receive Messages

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Mountain Man Plumbing. You may receive messages when you book, when your appointment is approaching, when your technician's status changes, and following completed service. Typical frequency is 2–8 messages per service appointment. You will not receive more than 20 messages per month unless you are actively communicating with our team.

Our messaging service is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mountain Man Plumbing is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages.
