Hard-water fixture refresh and Holts softener in Midway

This was a fantastic job for us. A customer got in touch after they had just purchased a house in Midway, UT, in a hard water area. Unfortunately the water had destroyed a lot of the existing fixtures, so they needed real help getting the place back in shape.

We went through and changed all of the supply stops throughout the home. Under the vanities you can see the new quarter-turn shutoffs and clean drain setups feeding the new customer-supplied widespread bathroom faucets. We also set their customer-supplied kitchen faucet and got the garbage disposal in where it belonged.

The part that really mattered for long-term protection was the water treatment. We installed a professional-grade Holts softener—the Titan VI Pro-Max unit—tied in next to the bathroom faucets, programmed and leak-tested. As a plus we put the brine tank in the garage so salt loading stays easy.

The home turned out amazing and will look great for years to come with softened water and all-new fixtures working the way they should.
