Millcreek bathroom clogs and toilet seal sorted same trip

We got called out to a home in Millcreek, UT because a few plumbing issues were stacking up at once. That is pretty common around here. A couple of bathroom sinks were clogged, a couple of showers needed attention, and there was a mystery leak that kept reappearing. Routine stuff on paper, but enough that the homeowners wanted it all looked at together.

What made the call interesting was sorting the drain side while still checking the bigger picture in one visit. We cleared the clogged bathroom sink drains with hand tools and small drain cleaning equipment through the sink drain and trap area, then restored flow and tested drainage. The cable pulled a heavy wad of hair and buildup that had been choking the line. We also worked the shower side where access was needed and checked system pressure at the outdoor faucet so we were not guessing about what might be driving odd symptoms.

For the toilet, we cleaned and prepped the visible base, applied a clean bathroom-grade finish bead of caulk, smoothed it, and left the small gap at the back so any future leak would show. We got the sinks draining right, the toilet base finished clean, and the other items on the list handled the same trip with no problems.
