In Holladay, Utah, we recently had the opportunity to assist a conscientious landlord preparing a rental property for new tenants. Dedicated to providing quality living conditions, the landlord was determined to address significant water damage found in the bathroom, particularly around the tub and shower valve area, as clearly evident in the existing plumbing condition.
Understanding the importance of reliability and precision, the landlord reached out to Mountain Man Plumbing for a professional Holladay shower valve replacement. Upon inspection, we discovered extensive water damage caused by previous tenants. The old shower valve was deteriorating, significantly contributing to water related issues in the bathroom.
To ensure lasting reliability and tenant satisfaction, we recommended installing a new, high quality shower valve system. Our Holladay shower valve replacement process involved using Viega ProPress copper fittings to seamlessly replace the old plumbing, ensuring robust and secure connections. This advanced approach significantly reduces the risk of future leaks, providing peace of mind for both the landlord and upcoming tenants.
With our careful planning and meticulous craftsmanship, we transformed the previously damaged shower plumbing into a durable, trustworthy system that will withstand years of daily use. The landlord was thrilled with the professional Holladay shower valve replacement, confident in providing future tenants with a fresh, fully updated, and leak free shower area.
At Mountain Man Plumbing, we take pride in partnering with property owners who share our dedication to quality workmanship and responsible property maintenance. This Holladay shower valve replacement exemplifies our commitment to doing plumbing right the first time.

If you're in need of a plumber, I strongly recommend contacting Mountain Man Plumbing. I hired Tyler to replace a 1980's style leaky bathtub valve at my house, and was highly satisfied with how it turned out. Unfortunately, the valve was installed in a wall covered with tile on one side and kitchen cabinets on the other. To access and replace the valve, he climbed into a small cabinet, maneuvering himself in an awkward position to cut a hole in the back of it. This eliminated the need to replace the bathtub tile, saving both money and time. Best of all, the new valve looks amazing and our shower was out of commission for three hours instead of three weeks.
