In Saratoga Springs, UT, the call came in after a CO alarm went off, which always makes a water heater job more urgent. We determined the burner was extremely dirty and the gas valve had gone bad. The crew cleaned the burner and combustion chamber, replaced the gas valve, serviced the burner, and tested everything to make sure the unit was safe to operate. That combination of a dirty burner and bad valve kept the repair interesting from start to finish as we worked through both issues carefully.
