A homeowner reached out after noticing water coming through the ceiling. They had recently finished a remodel, so discovering a leak afterward was especially unfortunate. Any time water shows up in a finished space, it’s a stressful situation and something that needs attention right away.After some careful detective work, the source of the problem became clear. One of the newly installed fittings had either failed or wasn’t installed correctly from the beginning. It was allowing a steady stream of water to run above the ceiling, quietly wasting water and risking further damage the longer it went unnoticed.We wasted no time getting it addressed. Using materials we already had on hand, the faulty fitting was repaired properly and secured the right way. Everything was pressure tested and checked before restoring service.Within a few hours of the customer’s initial call, the leak was fully repaired and water was safely restored to the home. It was handled in a single visit with no drawn-out process, no surprises, and no drama — just a clean repair done the right way.
