A homeowner in Midvale reached out to us because their shower would not stop running. The bathroom had an older setup and while the valve was clearly dated, they were not ready for a full remodel. What frustrated them most was that every option they had been given so far pushed toward full replacement, even though the rest of the shower was still in good shape. After taking a closer look, it was clear this particular shower valve was old, but still serviceable. That is the kind of job we enjoy. Instead of tearing things out unnecessarily, we knew exactly where to go for the correct replacement parts. This model uses replaceable stems and seats, which allowed us to fully rebuild the valve internally rather than replace the entire assembly.

Once the new components were installed, the valve was tested and flowing like new again. To finish things off, new trim was installed to clean up the look and bring everything together. The end result was a properly functioning shower, no more constant running water, and a solid repair that respected the homeowner’s timeline and budget without forcing a remodel that was not needed.
